Training Tips
Drink eight-8 ounces of purified water daily. Eating 5-6 small meals through out the day (approximately every 3 hours) will increase your metabolism & burn more calories than 3 large meals. Breakfast IS the MOST IMPORTANT meal of the day. Strength, Cardio & Flexibility training are all important components to a successful training program. Training without recovery will compromise your efforts. Consume plenty of good quality protein (chicken, turkey, fish) & limit your intake of red meat. Eat 3-5 servings daily of fruit & veggies (complex carbohydrates) while limiting intake of enriched carbohydrates (white bread, etc.).
